Using your Access Card or Digital Access Pass

If you hold a Nimbus Disability Access Card or a Ice Leisure Group Ltd Digital Access Pass, the person supporting you can come with you as your Essential Companion and their ticket is free. There is nothing to re-apply for — just enter your details when you book.

Where you can use it

You can use your card or pass at every venue Ice Leisure Group Ltd operates:

Your Access Card is also recognised by thousands of other UK venues and ticketing systems, so you can use it far beyond Ice Leisure Group Ltd venues. Your Digital Access Pass works at Ice Leisure Group Ltd venues only.

Using it when you book

Add an Essential Companion ticket to your basket, then enter your name and ID number exactly as they appear on your card or confirmation email. A shortened name or a mistyped digit will not be recognised.

The person using the Access Card or Digital Access Pass must also have their own admission ticket in the basket to continue to checkout.

Don’t have one yet?

The Digital Access Pass is free and the Access Card is £15 for three years. You can apply for one and use it as soon as it is confirmed.
