Christmas ice skating in Milton Keynes
Real ice under a decorated marquee at Willen Lake, beside the Observation Wheel. Skate hire included, from £11.90.
Back at Willen Lake for Christmas
Willen On Ice opens on Saturday 21 November in a decorated marquee next to the Willen Observation Wheel. The rink is 800 square metres of real ice, and our prices include skate hire. Most sessions last 45 minutes, and we have skates from junior size 9 to adult size 14.
Stay for the day
The area around the rink is free to enter. Warm up in the Après Ski Bar, get something to eat from the rink café or the street food stalls, try the fairground rides, or take a ride on the Wheel for a view across the lake.
Families and groups
Book three or more tickets, including at least one adult and one child, and the family discount comes off at checkout. Groups of 10 or more get 15% off, groups of 50 or more get 20% off, and schools, uniformed groups, youth clubs and charities can book Community Skate sessions at £9 per skater.
Opening on Saturday 21 November
First sessions from 10am, beside the Observation Wheel.
What Our Visitors Say
“Willen on Ice is a fantastic place to go ice skating with both friends and family. Our family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) visited last weekend, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rink is spacious and well-lit, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and even on a weekend, it never felt too crowded. It was our kids’ first time skating, and they absolutely loved it!”
