The Event Organiser is Ice Leisure Group Ltd (Registered in England, Company #08488117, Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN).
The Event Area is the ice-rink, marquee, and other areas under the control of the Event Organiser.
By purchasing a ticket you are entering into a contract with the Event Organiser and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
All participants, spectators, and guardians must read, understand, and comply with the Safety Rules & Information, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Safety Rules & Information.
All skaters must present a valid ticket of the appropriate type and value for admission. Children must be accompanied (see Safety Information). A security search may be conducted prior to entry. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission for security concerns, health & safety, intoxication, or inappropriate conduct. Ticket holders are responsible for arriving at least 20 minutes before their booked session.
Online tickets are made available two hours before the start of your booked session. A link will be sent to the email and mobile you provided. Screenshots are not valid — tickets must be displayed in your web browser. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable. Each ticket is valid for a single person only.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Booking fees and transaction fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct.
Standard Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refund, credit, or exchange will be provided for any reason, including refusal of entry, ejection, late arrival, missed sessions, invalid tickets, booking errors, or lost/stolen tickets. If you have purchased a package, the specific terms of that package apply and will override the standard ticket policy.
You confirm that you and any persons under your supervision meet the health and fitness requirements and are capable of participating safely. You are advised to consider obtaining appropriate personal accident insurance.
By entering the Event Area, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for operational, safety, and promotional purposes. You grant the Event Organiser a royalty-free, worldwide licence for 5 years to use any photographs or recordings for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify the Event Organiser in writing prior to your visit.
You must comply with all safety rules and staff instructions. Abusive, threatening, violent, or antisocial behaviour will result in immediate ejection without refund. You are responsible for the conduct of any minors or dependents under your supervision.
Animals, except assistance dogs, are not permitted within indoor areas. For safety reasons, assistance dogs are not permitted on the ice.
Weather conditions or ice maintenance may result in a wet ice-surface. This is considered acceptable. If the Event Organiser cancels or curtails a session such that you receive less than 50% of the advertised session duration, you will be entitled to rebook or receive a full refund of the ticket price paid (excluding booking fees).
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Event Area, you acknowledge that ice skating carries significant risks of personal injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks. The Event Organiser accepts responsibility for injury caused by our negligence but is not liable for injuries arising from the inherent risks of the activity. The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
These Conditions are governed by English law. All parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These Conditions constitute the entire contract between the parties. The Event Organiser may amend these Conditions from time to time and any changes will be posted on the website.
