The Event Organiser is Ice Leisure Group Ltd (Registered in England, Company #08488117, Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN).
The Event Area is the ice-rink, marquee, and other areas under the control of the Event Organiser.
By purchasing a ticket you are entering into a contract with the Event Organiser and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
All participants, spectators, and guardians must read, understand, and comply with the Safety Rules & Information, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Safety Rules & Information.
All skaters must present a valid ticket of the appropriate type and value for admission. Children must be accompanied in accordance with the age and supervision rules set out in the Safety Rules & Information. A security search may be conducted prior to entry. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission for security concerns, health & safety, intoxication, or inappropriate conduct. Ticket holders are responsible for arriving at least 20 minutes before their booked session.
Online tickets are made available two hours before the start of your booked session. A link will be sent to the email and mobile you provided. Screenshots are not valid — tickets must be displayed in your web browser. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable. Each ticket is valid for a single person only.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Booking fees and transaction fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct.
Standard Tickets: tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and no refund, credit or exchange will be provided where you do not use your ticket — including late arrival, missed sessions, refusal of entry or ejection for breach of these Conditions, booking errors, or lost or stolen tickets. This does not affect your legal rights: where we cancel or curtail a session, clause 10 applies, and nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have purchased a package, the specific terms of that package apply and will override the standard ticket policy.
You are responsible for considering whether you, and anyone under your supervision, can participate safely, having read the Safety Rules & Information. Our staff may refuse access to the ice, or ask a skater to leave the ice, where they reasonably consider it unsafe for that person or for anyone else. You are advised to consider obtaining appropriate personal accident insurance.
Security and CCTV cameras operate across the Event Area for safety and security; our Privacy Policy explains how that footage is handled. We may also take photographs or film for promotional purposes. We will make it clear when promotional filming is taking place, and if you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff at the time or contact us in advance. Where we use an image in which you are identifiable for promotional purposes we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Permission is required to film or photograph professionally or for commercial gain.
You must comply with all safety rules and staff instructions. Abusive, threatening, violent, or antisocial behaviour will result in immediate ejection without refund. You are responsible for the conduct of any minors or dependents under your supervision.
Animals, except assistance dogs, are not permitted within indoor areas. For safety reasons, assistance dogs are not permitted on the ice.
Our rink is affected by the weather. Surface water on the ice is normal in mild or wet conditions and skating continues as usual — it is a characteristic of an ice rink of this kind, not a fault, and is not grounds for a refund. Ice maintenance and resurfacing take place between sessions and may briefly interrupt skating. We may also close part of the ice, or reduce the skating area, for safety or maintenance reasons during a session.
If we cancel a session, or curtail it so that you receive less than 50% of the advertised session duration, you may rebook or receive a full refund of the ticket price paid (excluding booking fees). Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Event Area, you acknowledge that ice skating carries inherent risks of personal injury, and you accept those inherent risks. Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. We do not accept liability for loss of or damage to personal property that is not caused by us or our staff, and where we are liable for loss of or damage to property our liability is limited to a reasonable amount.
These Conditions are governed by English law. All parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These Conditions, together with the Safety Rules & Information which forms part of them, constitute the entire contract between the parties. The Event Organiser may amend these Conditions from time to time and any changes will be posted on the website.
